Order Requirements

  • Minimum opening order: $300
  • Minimum reorder: $100
  • Upfront payment in full is required when placing your first order.
  • Thistle Farms reserves the right to increase quantities to meet minimums.
  • Browse our Starter Packages for selections of products that meet the minimum opening order requirement.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover, Prepay/Net 30 (Net 30 requires Thistle Farms approval on a case-by-case basis).
  • 15% restocking fee.
  • Products are sold to our wholesale accounts for resale at retail only and may not be redistributed at wholesale cost to other customers.

Terms

  • Thistle Farms products can be sold for retail purposes only and cannot be redistributed at a wholesale price.
  • Retailers agree to adhere to the minimum MSRP, not including shipping.
  • The retailer’s shipping address is the only authorized site for retail sale.
  • Online retailing must be pre-approved by Thistle Farms. Retailers may not sell products online without express written approval from Thistle Farms.
  • Selling to third-party websites such as eBay or Amazon is prohibited. Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the immediate cancellation of the account.

Case Packs

  • Products may be ordered in case packs of 6 units/case.

Account Registration & Access

  • Only registered wholesale account holders may access the pricing information.
  • Use the form below to register for a wholesale account. Once approved, you will receive an email invitation for full login access to this site.
  • Instead of a password, you will log in by entering a 6-digit code that will be sent to your approved email address.

Order Processing

  • Wholesale orders are processed within 7-10 business days of being placed through this site or with a Sales team member.
  • Orders are often processed much sooner than 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the DIM weight or product weight of the shipment, whichever is greater, and are provided directly by USPS and UPS.
  • Local deliveries in the greater Nashville area are charged at a rate of $10 per delivery. Thistle Farms reserves the right to increase the local delivery cost.

Claims

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.

Product Shelf Life

  • Thistle Farms guarantees products for 1 calendar year from the date of shipment.
  • Thistle Farms cannot guarantee products that have been resold. Once a customer has purchased, the responsibility falls on the retailer to refund or replace.
